Sharing and transfer outside Thailand
We do not sell anyone's contact details. We share blurred, audio-cleaned video datasets, with contributors identified only by code, with companies licensed to use them ("licensees"), which may be in the United States, Europe, China or elsewhere. Our contracts require licensees to:
- use the data only to train and evaluate AI and robot systems
- make no attempt to identify anyone in the data
- make no digital replica of any contributor
- keep the data secure, and delete or replace files when we notify them under the contract
We also use service providers such as cloud storage, data quality reviewers and payment services, under contracts that limit them to acting on our instructions.
